Youth Lake Park is located in the bustling downtown area of Liaoyang City. It is a modern theme park integrating entertainment, recreation and leisure. It is also a park within the Guangyou Temple Scenic Area in Liaoyang.
The lake area in the park is about 4.2 hectares, the green area is about 16.7 hectares, the area of the garden path is about 1 hectare, and the total floor area is about 21.7 hectares. The terrain is flat.
