Xiuli Dongfang – A Natural Paradise in Chengdu, China

Xiuli Dongfang, located on the Shijing Avenue Wetland Road in Chengdu, China, is themed around ‘nature, beauty, wilderness, and tranquility’. The park spans over 1,250 acres, with more than 500 acres dedicated to rare ecological gardens. It integrates multiple functions such as sightseeing, tourism, leisure, and entertainment.

The park boasts over a thousand species of flowers and famous trees, including the Xilu Meiyuan, one of the largest plum gardens in Western China, with thousands of plum trees of dozens of varieties. The Shiliuwan pomegranate forest features precious ancient trees from the Qing Dynasty, and the Peach Blossom Slope is adorned with thousands of peach trees, each with a unique form and style.

In addition to these woody flowers, various flowers bloom in different seasons of the year, such as Iceland poppies, plum blossoms, peach blossoms, apricot blossoms, and pomegranate blossoms, creating a captivating display of vibrant colors.

Beyond the blooming flowers, the park’s beautiful scenery stands out with its hills for climbing, valleys for relaxation, and misty waters. The Li Qu Hua Xi stream meanders through the park, resembling a fairyland.
