Xicun·Beisen Courtyard, also known as Xicun Courtyard, is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is a non-traditional urban complex designed by Liu Jiakun and his architectural firm, Jiakun Architectural Design Office. The complex is enclosed on three sides by buildings and features a giant three-dimensional track on one side. The atrium houses sports facilities and integrated landscapes, drawing inspiration from the design concepts of the Sichuan Basin and traditional Chinese enclosed courtyards with dougong brackets. The courtyard is open all year round from 10:00 to 22:00. Essential tips for visitors include not wearing high heels when entering the track.
