The Ocean Science and Technology Museum in Xiamen features multiple exhibition areas including a biological hall and a geological hall.
The museum houses approximately six thousand different types of biological specimens, some of which are extremely valuable.

Opening hours are all year round on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 09:00-11:30 and 14:00-17:30, except for a three-week closure around the Spring Festival.
