The Wuxing Health Pool is a natural health club comprehensively created by integrating the cultures of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. It is based on the traditional culture of the I Ching’s Five Elements, Eight Trigrams, and Nine Palaces, combined with modern natural health concepts to design a place for recuperation.
Qingcheng Mountain, the birthplace of Taoist medical culture, is also an international center for the dissemination, research, and exchange of medical culture. At the foot of Qingcheng Mountain, in the Yaowang Temple of Yaowang Mountain, is the place where the Taoist sage Yao Wang Sun Simiao lived in his later years while gathering medicinal herbs.
