Chuanxi Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, adjacent to the town of Pingle, is nestled between the silent and vigorous mountains. The area is known for its lush bamboo forests, striking rocks, and fresh air, making it a ‘natural oxygen bar’. Here, you can stroll leisurely along the forest paths or sit comfortably by the stream, enjoying the refreshing nature.
Apart from natural landscapes such as canyons, bamboo forests, the ancient Golden Rooster Bridge, and ecological streams, the scenic area has also constructed facilities like the Xianlu Muyun Bridge, glass plank roads, and high-altitude viewing platforms, making it a natural bamboo sea canyon scenic area that integrates tourism, leisure, and outdoor sports.
The Xianlu Lan Yue Bridge (high-altitude panoramic corridor) connects the two highest peaks of the Tianfu Chuanxi Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, spanning 299 meters, 2.5 meters wide, with a vertical height of 150 meters. As the world’s first double-layered high-altitude panoramic corridor, it features a fully transparent design, allowing visitors to walk as if in mid-air, overlooking the vast bamboo sea of 100,000 mu. Amidst the vast sea of people, encountering the moon, and looking back in a moment, a thousand years have passed. The romantic love story of Zhuo Wenjun and Sima Xiangru seems to transcend time and meet you. At the top of the bamboo sea canyon, you can get close to nature, let go of worldly worries, and cleanse your emotions, enjoying the freedom of the world.
The scenic area is open all year round from 08:00 to 17:00. Due to force majeure factors such as thunder, rain, snow, hail, fog, heavy rain, and typhoons, some projects in the scenic area will be temporarily closed.
Preferential policies: Children: Children aged 6 (inclusive) or below or with a height of 1.3 meters (exclusive) must be accompanied by a guardian and enter for free; children over 1.3 meters (inclusive) (must be accompanied by a guardian), with valid identification, those under 18 (inclusive), enjoy half-price. Elderly: With valid identification or senior citizen cards, those over 65 (inclusive) enter for free; during national legal holidays, those over 60 (inclusive) but under 65 (inclusive) with valid identification enjoy half-price.
Students: Full-time university, middle school, and vocational school students with valid identification and student cards enjoy half-price. Military personnel: Those with valid identification from the People’s Republic of China, including active military, veterans, active-duty officers turned civilian personnel during the deepening of national defense and military reforms, reserve militia members, and those with the ‘People’s Republic of China Martyrs, Fallen in the Line of Duty, and Deceased Military Personnel Dependents’ preferential treatment certificate enjoy free entry.
Firefighters: Those with valid identification from the national comprehensive fire and rescue teams, including active, retired, disabled personnel, and fire rescue academy students, enjoy free entry. Tour guides: Those with valid tour guide certificates enjoy free entry. Disabled persons: Those with the ‘People’s Republic of China Disabled Person’s Certificate’, including those with visual, intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities at levels one and two, can enjoy a free ticket for one accompanying caregiver.
