Shuyanfu is located in the Dongjiao Memory • International Fashion Industrial Park, Chenghua District, Chengdu. It is an original Han culture dinner show brand that integrates music and dance performances, lighting art, and dining experiences.
As a newly empowered high-quality cultural and tourism comprehensive project, Shuyanfu takes Hanfu culture as the creative background, traces back to the traditional Chinese banquet etiquette, relies on the historical context and integrated development of Sichuan cuisine culture, and adopts professional stage art and dance show visual technology to create a panoramic immersive Dinner Show concept dining experience scene.
The project specially invites domestic stage performing artists, well-known fashion designers, senior stage art and lighting designers, music producers, space design experts, catering culture experts, etc. to jointly participate in its creation.
In terms of spatial creativity, Shuyanfu has three highlights: a cultural picture of “Han-style Sichuan Banquet” with a ceiling height of over 14 meters in China; a panoramic immersive Han culture-themed feast in an industrial style in China; and an interactive space integrating music, dance shows, lighting dinner shows, and Hanfu catwalks in China.
In terms of emotional value, Shuyanfu unfolds around the music and dance styles and banquet scenes of the Han, Tang, and Song dynasties in China. With the concept of “one scene per step, one flavor per dance, and one dream per banquet”, it presents a visually appealing feast, a gourmet feast that makes people feel like they are back in the Han and Shu dynasties’ Yan ceremony, and a blissful feast for a dialogue with the great figures of history.
The creative team combines the theme features of “Han, Tang, and Song”, from spatial layout, stage art and dance shows, to dining etiquette and dish design. Using music and dance as a wedge and food as a medium, it integrates Hanfu culture, Sichuan cuisine culture, and ritual music, dance, and shows, unfurling a beautiful scroll of Han style in Sichuan, leading customers to slowly traverse the long river of history and experience the immersive ancient-style banquet atmosphere.
Watch the grand Han tide ceremony, enjoy ancient-style music and dance, taste imperial banquets, and appreciate the charm of history.
Taking “the inheritance and development of Han culture” as the core and aiming to transform industrial heritage and integrate it into the creation of Han culture public spaces, Shuyanfu makes full use of Chengdu’s rich historical resources and urban genes of Han culture. Relying on the Dongjiao Memory industrial heritage carrier, through the collision and integration of immersive Han culture experiences and post-modern industrial heritage, it revitalizes industrial relics, creates new cultural consumption scenarios, contributes to the inheritance of historical culture and urban renewal construction, promotes the diversified integrated development of the cultural and creative industries, and strives to build an “New Chinese Tide” international cultural business card exclusive to Chengdu, so that more people can step into the story of Shuyanfu, understand, feel, and fall in love with the beauty of traditional Chinese culture.
