Shi He Yuan Fang Ski Training Base is a committee unit of the China Ski Association and a directorate unit of the Liaoning Province Ice and Snow Sports Association.
It is designated as a national public skiing level CSA examination site, one of only four ski training bases across the country, with two of them being all-year-round snow training bases.
