The Shenyang Library has a complete variety of books. It also has a multi-functional hall, a children’s reading room and a study room.

From May 1st to September 30th, it is open from 08:30 – 19:30, Tuesday to Sunday; on Monday, it is open from 13:00 – 19:30.

From October 1st to April 30th, it is open from 08:30 – 18:30, Tuesday to Sunday; on Monday, it is open from 13:00 – 18:30.
