The primary filming location for the TV series ‘Rural Love’ is a very ordinary small mountain village called Muyu Gou in Songshan Township, Kaiyuan City, known for its beautiful scenery with green mountains and clear waters. From a distance, one can see a large wooden village gate with the words ‘Rural Love’ written on it, indicating that this is the filming location. Not far from the entrance of the village is a small square where several main filming spots are located: on the west side is ‘Xie Dajiao’s Grocery Store’, on the south side is the village headquarters and the village health clinic, on the east side is a small stream, across which is the village chief’s home, and there is a cement bridge built specifically for the TV series over the stream.
The village is open all year round, with 24-hour access.
