Fairy Pool is nestled within the Jiuzhaigou Xianxianchi Scenic Area, also known as the Great Sea Pool. It is said that this place was once where fairies bathed, hence the name Xianxianchi. The Fairy Pool boasts a stunning azure hue, not far off from the color of the ocean, and covers a considerable area. From a distance, it resembles an exquisite Persian sapphire, calm and beautiful under the sun’s rays. The pool is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
