Because it is built along the river, the local people commonly call it Wangjiang Tower. The pavilion has four floors in total, with a total height of 27.9 meters. The first and second floors are square-shaped, while the third and fourth floors are octagonal, symbolizing all directions and stability. This architectural technique is rare among pavilions, both ancient and modern.
It is open from 08:00 to 18:00 throughout the year.
