The High-Tech Central Performing Arts Center is located in Chengdu’s High-Tech Zone, representing a large-scale, advanced, and comprehensive professional theater within the area.
The theater complex covers an area of approximately 27,000 square meters, with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. It primarily consists of a grand theater and a multifunctional theater, forming a ‘dual theater’ structure, complemented by VIP rooms, rehearsal spaces, dressing rooms, and other supporting areas.
When viewed from above, the structure resembles a white grand piano, while the interior incorporates Chengdu’s iconic ‘Ginkgo Leaf’ design as a light source, creating a starry effect reminiscent of stars in the vast plain.
The theater is open year-round from 09:00 to 22:30. Performance times vary depending on the event, with specific details subject to the day’s on-site conditions.
