Located near the Clear Sound Pavilion, there are two small bridges spanning over a clear stream, with the water beneath colliding against a large black rock, splashing and producing a sound reminiscent of a musical instrument.
The confluence of the two streams is known as Phoenix Beak, atop which a pavilion called Oxheart Pavilion is built.
