Dongfeng Lake Ski Resort is located in Dongfeng Lake Tourist Resort in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. It covers an area of 380,000 square meters. The resort is 8 kilometers away from the city center.
There are 5 ski slopes in the ski resort. There is 1 ski slope for beginners, 1 for intermediate skiers and 1 for advanced skiers respectively.
The ski resort also has a 400-meter snowboard park and a 300-meter backcountry ski slope.
The ice entertainment projects in the ski resort include: snowmobiles, four-wheel go-karts, snow horseback riding, horse-drawn sleds, dog sleds, ice sleds, ice tops, snow bikes, bumper cars on ice, ice slides, snow tug-of-war, snow football, alpine snow tubes, etc.
Opening hours: It is open from 09:00 – 17:00 from December 7th to December 20th; open from 09:00 – 20:00 from December 21st to January 27th; closed all day from January 28th to December 6th.
Preferential policies:
Children: Children under 1.2 meters (including 1.2 meters) are free of admission tickets. Each adult can bring 1 free child. Skiing tickets need to be purchased separately and insurance should be bought.
Seniors: Seniors over 70 years old (including 70 years old) are free of tickets. Skiing tickets need to be purchased separately and insurance should be bought. A waiver agreement needs to be signed.
Disabled people: Disabled people (grades 1 – 2) with valid certificates are free of admission tickets. One accompanying person is also free. Skiing tickets need to be purchased separately and insurance should be bought. A waiver agreement needs to be signed.
Military personnel: Active-duty military personnel with valid certificates are free of admission tickets. Skiing tickets need to be purchased separately and insurance should be bought.
