Cuiying Lake, nestled within the Qingcheng Mountain’s rear area, is a body of water hidden amidst lush forests and surrounded by verdant vegetation. The scenery is so enchanting that visitors often find themselves lingering and forgetting to return.
The elongated lake spans over 50 meters in length. Due to the lack of pathways, a small boat is required to reach the opposite shore.
After the rain, a mist envelops Cuiying Lake, and the water is crystal clear and emerald green, reflecting the surrounding undulating green hills, resembling an ink painting of landscapes. At such times, boating on the lake evokes a sense of ‘Jiuzhi misty waters’ and ‘being in a small Penglai’.
The lake is open all year round and accessible 24/7, with specific operational status subject to daily opening conditions.
