Chengdu Ebony Art Museum is a non-state-owned museum mainly focusing on ebony collection. After years of research, it has been found that ebony is a rare item in Sichuan. It can be regarded as the “plant mummy”, while the panda is the “animal mummy”. Therefore, ebony, like the panda, is a national treasure and a magical phenomenon at 30 degrees north latitude. It has high scientific research value, cultural and artistic value, and collection value.
The museum has been established for nearly thirty years. After 2008, it settled in Huamu City, Zhongxing Town, Dujiangyan. It covers an area of more than 80 mu, with a construction area of 13,000 square meters. There are more than a thousand ebony collections in the museum.
Opening hours: It is open from 09:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00, Tuesday – Sunday throughout the year. It is closed all day on Monday throughout the year.

Children: Free for those under 1.1 meters (excluding); Children between 1.1 meters (including) and 1.2 meters (including) can buy and use child tickets.
Seniors: Free for those 70 years old (including) and above with ID cards or senior citizen preferential certificates; For seniors between 60 (including) – 69 (including) years old, they can use this ticket with senior citizen certificates or ID cards, senior tickets.
Disabled: Free with valid certificates.
Military personnel: Free with valid certificates.
Students: Can buy this ticket with student ID cards, student tickets.
Local residents: Local residents of Dujiangyan can use it with Dujiangyan resident ID cards, local tickets.
