The second skydiving base of the Blue Airflow Aviation Sports Club settled in Yongchuan, Chongqing in November 2020. Yongchuan is a very clean and beautiful small city, enjoying the honors of National Forest City and the City with a Sense of Happiness. Yongchuan is located in the southwestern corner of Chongqing. It is 55 kilometers away from downtown Chongqing (20 minutes by high-speed rail and 1 hour by self-driving).
It borders Luzhou, Sichuan in the south and is 276 kilometers away from Chengdu (1 hour by high-speed rail and 3 hours by self-driving). Skydiving at 3,300 meters in Yongchuan will take your perception of fun to a new level! Tandem skydiving means that the experiencer and the coach take a plane to the designated altitude. While being connected to a professional skydiving coach through a harness system, they jump out of the plane, free-fall, open the parachute, glide, and land on the ground. Throughout the process, a professional skydiving coach guides the experiencer in flight and landing, allowing them to feel the extreme pleasure of free flying and free fall. This outdoor sport, which originated in New Zealand and became popular in the West, has been enthusiastically pursued and experienced by Chinese people in recent years. Now, there is no need to go abroad; you can experience this thrilling adrenaline rush right at your doorstep. Since it is a tandem jump with a coach, the experiencer does not need any experience in air sports. It is a very safe and accessible high-altitude flight experience project for the public. After experiencing tandem skydiving, the American movie star Will Smith said, “God puts good things on the other side of fear.” After bravely jumping out of the plane, not only will you successfully challenge your limits, but this courage will also make you look down on all life’s difficulties. At the beginning of its operation, it offered tandem paragliding flights, paragliding training and other projects. After three years of preparation, our club’s first skydiving base – [Blue Airflow] Chongzhou Base in Chengdu, which is located in the 4A scenic spot of Jiezi Ancient Town, only 1 hour’s drive from the megacity of Chengdu, successfully opened on June 6, 2020.
