The Benxi Urban and Rural Planning Museum is a professional planning exhibition hall integrating multiple functions such as the display of Benxi’s planning achievements, popular science education, patriotic education, local characteristic tourism, and business conferences. It is a platform for Benxi’s external publicity, showing the development and achievements of Benxi’s urban and rural planning and construction. It enables citizens to understand and participate in urban planning, and builds a bridge of communication between the government and citizens.
