The Jincheng Cityscapes depict the bustling scenes of ancient Chengdu during the Tang Dynasty, showcasing the popular cultural events and activities such as temple fairs, flower exhibitions, lantern festivals, mulberry picking, hibiscus cultivation, brocade weaving, and wine brewing. These eight iconic landscapes represent the flourishing market culture of the Shu region.
The relief wall stands approximately ten meters tall and spans about thirty meters in width, constructed from two hundred rectangular marble blocks. Each marble slab measures over a meter in length, eighty centimeters in height, and thirty centimeters in thickness.
