The A&M Lotus Lake International Tourism Resort project covers an area of approximately 4,800 acres, including about 840 acres of water surface, 3,490 acres of agricultural land for circulation, and 470 acres of land expropriated for construction. The total construction area is around 3.4 million square meters with an estimated total investment of 2 billion yuan. The project is divided into three phases: Phase 1 includes outdoor forest adventures, water activities, and distinctive A&M resort hotels; Phase 2 includes leisure vacationing and wellness spa facilities; Phase 3 includes lakeside living quarters, a resort town, and a cluster of resort hotels.
