The Shapowei Living Culture Exhibition Hall is a living museum that combines tradition and modernity, featuring the charm of fishing port culture and diverse architectural styles.
The exhibition hall covers a large area and tells the historical process of Shapowei’s century-old fishing port from its rise, heyday, vigorous expansion to industrial transformation. There are many exhibits with historical and cultural significance, such as the Wang Ship Sending Ceremony, longline fishing, and Tanka people’s culture.


Opening hours:


Spring and winter: Closed all day on Monday. Open from 8:00 – 12:00 and 14:30 – 17:30, Tuesday – Sunday.


Summer and autumn: Closed all day on Monday. Open from 8:00 – 12:00 and 15:00 – 18:00, Tuesday – Sunday.
