Xiamen Huli Mountain Battery was first built during the reign of Emperor Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty. The battery was constructed with granite strips. There are many cannons from the Ming and Qing dynasties preserved here. The more well-known one is the Krupp cannon. It is a relatively complete coastal defense fort site with great historical significance.
Opening hours: It is open from 08:00 – 18:00 throughout the year. From June 1st to September 30th, it is daylight saving time. The closing time is 17:45. From October 1st to May 31st, it is winter time, and the closing time is 17:15.
