Zhou’s Residence in Xingcheng Ancient City

Zhou’s residence, located within the ancient city of Xingcheng, comprises 7 main rooms, 3 rooms on each side wing, and 6 rooms for the entrance. The owner, Zhou Yongji, was a wealthy and influential figure in the city. The architectural structure of the Zhou family’s residence features exposed beams and columns, constructed with clear bricks, and represents a well-preserved traditional Liaoxi-style siheyuan (courtyard house) with a domed roof.
