Dayang Mountain National Forest Park is situated on the northeast bank of Xiuhu within the Qipanshan Scenic Area. With an elevation of 241.8 meters, Dayang Mountain ranks as the third highest peak in the Qipanshan scenic area. Covering an area of approximately four square kilometers, the park is blanketed by forests of Chinese red pine, larch, and black locust.
Valley depths and towering mountains, tall trees and dense forests, dense shade blocking the sun, and rare human footprints all contribute to the park’s pristine natural state, both in its forest and ground vegetation. It offers a sense of ruggedness and rustic charm, making it an ideal destination for mountain climbing and experiencing the wild beauty of nature.
