The Shengjing Stele Forest and Chen Museum is located within the Beiyun Canal Sheli Pagoda Beach Park. It is a newly constructed antique-style building that houses a collection of various steles and stele bases discovered in Shenyang and its surrounding areas. Visitors can gain insights into the historical culture and evolution of Shenyang through these exhibits.
The entire structure is neatly divided into several traditional courtyards. The steles displayed inside the halls are likely of greater value, while those in the long corridors outside are mostly from civilian sources, creating a solemn atmosphere against the backdrop of blue skies and white clouds.
