Guanyin Bridge, also known as Patriarch Bridge, was the only way to enter the mountain in ancient times. At that time, mountain torrents in Tiantai Mountain Scenic Area often raged, and this bridge was repeatedly built and destroyed. During the Ming Dynasty, mountain villagers raised a large amount of funds to repair this bridge and invited a statue of Guanyin to be enshrined here, so it was named Guanyin Bridge.
