Wufengshan Forest Park is located beside Laoying Reservoir in Wangshui Township, Jianyang City, 35 kilometers away from the urban area of Jianyang City.
In the park, ancient trees reach to the sky and the woods are lush. Rare plants such as Cassytha filiformis, Aristolochia manshuriensis, Ficus religiosa, and ancient ginkgo trees adorn it, maintaining its ancient and primitive ecological features.
Wufengshan is surrounded by Laoying Reservoir on three sides. The clear and transparent lake water and the simple, lush mountains and forests form a cool and idyllic realm like a paradise.
Wufengshan has a profound cultural heritage. The ancient Heishui Temple, which was first built at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, preserves ancient Buddha statues and various steles, attracting tens of thousands of tourists every year.
