Chengdu Squirrel Tribe is located on the north side of the second section of Dongshan Avenue, Hejiang Sub – district, Tianfu New Area (formerly Hejiang Town), near Meiyuan New Village. It is about 30 minutes’ drive from downtown Chengdu. It is a large – scale original ecological outdoor parent – child paradise that integrates “ecology”, “entertainment”, and “education” for people of all ages to participate in and play together.
In summer, various summer – themed play items are launched, such as the Water Maze, Water Island, Magic Music Pool, and Water PK Stage, etc.

Magic Music Pool: The Magic Music Pool is composed of interactive induction devices. These devices gather together to form a circular music pool. When the devices sense gravity, they will change into different colors. You can feel the change of lights while stepping on them as you like. Coupled with the dreamy water mist in the forest, it brings a different music experience.
Ancient Discovery: There are huge creatures from ancient times here. As messengers of the forest god, they have been guarding the forest magic for hundreds of millions of years. Now they are shrouded in a cold mist. Little squirrels will try their best to push aside the layers of mist to contact them, further understand and learn about forest magic, and at the same time gain a lot of knowledge about ancient dinosaurs.
Misty Small Train: The cute retro steam small train starts from Pinecone Village and shuttles back and forth on the rainbow track with a total length of about 1 kilometer, almost running through the entire Squirrel Forest. When summer comes, the cold mist beside the small train will be turned on again. Taking this leisurely small train, passing through the layers of mist with the gentle breeze blowing towards you, will bring you a cool experience.
Misty Forest: The dense primeval jungle is covered with natural vegetation. Coupled with fresh air and gurgling streams, here people can not only camp, have picnics, play interactive games, but also rest and enjoy the cool on comfortable hammocks.
With the cool cold fog effect, even in the hot summer, under the protection of this virgin forest, the whole family can be shielded from the heat wave.
Opening hours: It is open from 10:00 – 18:00 on Tuesdays – Fridays throughout the year; open from 10:00 – 18:00 on Saturdays – Sundays throughout the year; closed all day on Mondays throughout the year, except on legal holidays. There is a regular closure on Monday every week.
Preferential policies:
Children: Children under 1.0 meter (excluding) are free.
Seniors: Seniors aged 70 and above, with valid ID cards, are free.
Supplementary note: Preferential groups must be accompanied by adults. Adults need to buy tickets. Tourists 1.5 meters (including) and above are regarded as adults and need to buy adult tickets to enter the scenic area for play.
