Emei Xiu Lake Tourism and Vacation Resort is located in the urban area of Emei, adjacent to the 5A-level scenic area of Mount Emei. It houses the Emei Mountain Station of the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity railway, covering an area of 5 square kilometers, with a core scenic area of 1.2 square kilometers, of which the water area is 0.7 square kilometers. It is an important waterfront scenic area, a leisurely urban scenic spot, and a slow city life experience area in Emei.
Emeji Xiu Lake Tourism and Vacation Resort is designed according to the standards of national-level scenic spots, following the ‘one core, two rings, three areas, ten scenic spots’ planning layout. With Emeji Xiu Lake at the core, it creates the Northern Entertainment, Food, and Leisure Area, the Southern Hot Spring Health and Vacation Area, and the High-Speed Rail Business Shopping Distribution Area around two ring lines of walking paths and vehicle roads.
