During the Western Han Dynasty, Tang Meng was ordered by Emperor Wu of Han to build the Nan Yi Road, which was often dealt with by military law, causing public resentment. In 129 BC, Sima Xiangru, appointed as a middle-ranking general, was sent to the southwestern barbarians, ordered to appease Bashu, quell resentment, and later used this Tea Horse Road to facilitate trade, opening up the southwestern frontier, and making an immortal contribution to the expansion of the Han Dynasty. Going along with the water, there are continuous waterfalls along the way, with beautiful scenery and an extraordinary charm.
